Update

Everything is coming together and Nicole's Room is done. So excited for her!! Her big girl bed will be delivered Wednesday but she will be without a mattress until Ecomom comes into town. She was in a toddler bed so we do not have a full mattress for her to use yet. It does not matter as we are staying with friends until the rest of the home is finished due to Nicole's asthma.

The installed Forbo flooring in Nicole's room today and will be doing Noah's tomorrow. The flooring put up a little bit of a fight with the local contractor but after a little work they won that battle. Being in a small town no one knows what this type of flooring is. So her is a little background. The flooring is naturally bacteria resistant, and the glue-less installation make the flooring a natural for folks with allergies and chemical sensitivities. The flooring is certified as allergy and asthma friendly under a voluntary program administered by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. The flooring comes in many colors and I can not wait to show you the pics!!

Went to the allergist as Nicole is been having flare ups and more excema patches ever since school started . Walked out with 6 new prescriptions that we are not going to use on her especially the steroid creme. On a side note he told us to always put her in sleeves at school as we can not control that environment and when she rubs against things at school it is entering her wounds and aggravating her skin. She is very sensitive to scented products. It makes me wonder about society and how much our children are medicated. Its crazy in a 30 minute appointment we walked out with 2 inhalers, 2 air chamber masks, Zyrtec, Singular, and desonide lotion.

Even though the house is not ready a fellow user of Aquasana products swore that the filter cleared up her son's excema. So Nicole has taken 2 baths over there and we have noticed that she does not itch and scratch in the bathtub like she usually does. For the 1st time she did not have to wear a bathing suit in the tub today!!! The water tastes Amazing!!

Primed walls were done yesterday October 5th 2011

Nicole as usual was loving on Noah's Future room. She was practicing her ballet moves. We will see how the switch goes as she will be having her own room. Noah is loving having his room and getting rid of his stalker but Nicole we are not to sure how she is going to like not having her brother in the same room. Wish us luck.

The monster fridge that was a pain to get in the garage but was well worth it. It has so many compartments everything has a home the eggs the meat, the butter and so much more.

My favorite part of the fridge is the fresh produce section that actualy keeps the veggies and fruit as fresh as the day you buy them. No more rotten tomatoes and yucky lettuce. This is a blessing and every family should have this as part of your fridge.

This is my other favorite CLEAN WATER for 3 years in EVERY part of the house. When my baby takes a shower no more chemicals irritating her skin condition. I know that this is going to help us so much. Water is such a staple in our home that knowing we can have clean water with no chemicals is amazing.

The 1st thing we thought when we were presented with marmoleum was what is it. We had no idea and if you type it, it requires spell check lol.
